Do you need to buy an adapter or brackets for these since these are for the RSX? Or do they install directly? I'm thinking about swapping out my wilwoods for these again.

I ran 15mm extended lug spacers when I ran my old spoon brake setup for those inquiring.

It is direct fit. i've test fitted caliper.
you don't need an adapter.
all u need to do is trimming backing plate..
