and the ones that you've probably seen under 14k is rebuilt, high mileage or have some sort of repairs that needs to be made.

the car seeming clean and actually being clean are different. I've never seen a 00-03 s2000 with decent mileage and no crash, no rebuilt, no repairs needed for under 13. So as Chow Bot says start lookin in the states.

keep an eye on craigslist and buysell.. my buddy sold his there 2000 for 13,500 i think in the fall
