Default Feeler: 2008 GPW in DFW area

Happy Easter everyone. I have a 2008 GPW S2000 which i purchased in November of 2010 as a CPO. I am the second owner of this vehicle. It has not been in any type of accident or have any damage, and is car fax clean.

I have taken the car to 4 or 5 auto crosses and have tracked it once at the Toys for Tots in December of 2011. I replace the oil every 3,000 miles and have always taken great care of the car. I do park it outside but everything is in great condition. I have done a lot of small mods, i am interested in selling but want to get a feeler from the community as to see how much this car might be picked up for before i list:

Cosmetic mods:
Modifry bracket and pro clip for iPhone 4/4s
Js2k.com interior lights, side markers, and trunk light
Pioneer DEB3200 Head Unit
Hardwired for Valentine V1 - V1 not for sale with vehicle
Modddiction Anvil II knob
Compustar 9000 Remote Start/Alarm
KokoDan Seat Locks
AUT plate
Red Honda badges on hood and trunk
Tint on windows and soft top glass (cannot remember %)
PDX-4 amp (hidden with rack in spare tire area) and spr-60 speakers
Raammat in trunk and doors
EZ Motoring red floor mats

Power mods:
Flash Pro
K&N FIPK
Berk Test Pipe and doesn't throw CEL
Moddiction Short Shifter
Swift spec-r springs
Saner Red Sway Bar
Gernby Tune with multiple test runs and tunes in person. - best mod done to car
Star Specs all around installed April of 2012. Driven only 7K miles on them since.
Brake pads and SS brake lines installed April 2012
Last oil change - Oct 2012.

All work done by members of this board, or only the most reputable shops recommended on this board, which can be vouched for. Last oil change done by Honda.
Pictures upon request. Thanks.

I would sell the power mods separately. You would probably get the same amount with or without.

+1 on selling the "extras" separately, unless you find the rare individual that is willing to pay extra. Without seeing the car I'm guessing 20-25K is a fair value for the car.

Thanks for the help on selling parts separately guys. Unfortunately i do not have the time to do this. I don't have my stock cat any longer.

Please note i tried to keep the car looking as stock as possible. The only distinguishable mod are the red badges on hood and trunk.

what about the suspension? is it possible for you to return that to stock? white w/ red/black combo is my ideal color option.

Any reason why you wouldn't want springs or the front sway bar? The springs add a little bit of a drop but its a nice clean look and imo what the cars height should have been from factory.

TBH, i don't think i will part with any parts in any way.

Conan, you would be wise to take it with mods, then part out as you have time!! If i knew i could sell my s in a couple days for a good price, I would pick up this CR in a heartbeat!! The local dealership has offered me a buyback, but I would need to swap all my stuff for factory parts and finish paying off my car!

Guys, i have this listed on the for sale section listed at $24,000. I would prefer having a local transaction in the DFW area.

Please note my car is not a CR; not sure if there was any confusion.
