This was Joeys car that I bought several years ago and have been tracking at HPDEs. It is back to stock and I need it to go to a new home. Wife says 3 (yes 3) S2000s is too many. Keeping the one I built from ground up and I bought a shell to cage and make a real race car out of, so this one has to go. I will Carmax it this weekend if it doesn't sell. You might just end up owning this awesome car....
I have a 2002 Spa Yellow S2000 with 76K miles on it for sale. It is in excellent mechanical shape, but needs a little love on the exterior. Interior is like new.
Full Disclosure: This was my daily driver turned HPDE track car. It was never raced wheel to wheel, only HPDEs. I took most of the interior out and installed a roll bar, harnesses and race seats. It also had an AP2 motor and transmission and rear end. I blew the AP2 motor and put an original AP1 motor back in it with the AP2 transmission and rear end. I took most of the emissions stuff off, so it is still running KPro with the AP1 motor. It has an aftermarket Champion radiator with stock fans. Other than that, it is all back to stock. It has brand new seat belts and the interior was completely re-installed. It has a Kenwood Head unit with USB connection. It has AP1 OEM header, cat and exhaust. It has stock air box and AC is ice cold. It comes with Rays Engineering G Games 18" wheels and BFG G Force KDW tires, which are brand new, bought last month at Discount Tires. I replaced the front and rear main seals on the motor and put a brand new CC stage 2 clutch and lightweight flywheel on the motor. All airbags are stock. Soft top is from a 2001, so has the plastic rear window and no defroster. It has several small tears in the usual places that have been repaired. Body and paint are in decent shape and it has never been wrecked. All suspension pieces are OEM and AP1 and it aligned without any issues. Fenders have been rolled all around, but passenger front could have been done better. Trunk has holes from APR wing, but has an AP2 wing on it now, so only 2 still show. Front bumper is only piece that is not original to the car. The windows have been tinted.
