My brother is handling selling my car, it has a tear in the top and a cracked windshield that needs replacing. The top was sewn and then sealed with Devcon all purpose vinyl adhesive and has not leaked in a year since the tear (car wash or rain). A future owner may want to replace the top, but its a minor inconvenience in appearance to not have to pay $1000 to replace the top, and I would recommend a future owner looking at the DIY for filing down the frame in the wear areas to prevent future tearing.
The only 2 mods are a K&N FIPK cold air intake and clear side markers. The last oil change was at 58k with Mobil One synthetic. I have maintained the interior with 303 aerospace and the seats with leather masters. The engine bay I detailed once a year. The K&N FIPK was installed around 54k and I would recommend the future owner to buy a K&N air filter cleaning kit and do that as one of the first things after buying the car as it has been about 6k mileage since last being cleaned. The cabin air filter has just been replaced.
I owned this car the past 3 years, and bought it at about 36.6k mileage. Currently at 61,3xx mileage.
