alignment shop?
We had to race cars bult in the same jig and they drove like two different cars. You never know what the car will like and the big thing is what the driver will like. Dont even get me started on what works for one track to the other and the wether long race vs. short race setup so on and so on
I'm just learning
. On my cars I have 3-way and 2-way JRZ and Moton coilovers, a wide range of springs, heim-joint camber and caster adjusters, adjustable wings etc., and so the permutations of car setup are infinite. I've concluded that suspension tuning is black magic, and no two experts would end up at the same settings even for similar performance. But it's worth at least the entertainment value to have all the adjustability to play with, though it can cause even greater frustration at times.

How many of us drive race cars? I don't and I also do not see the need to pay $140 for an alignment when my car is driven on the street over 99% of the time.
I trust the shop that I visit. They know what they are talking about and provide excellent service every time.
As a FYI, my very first alignment I took the car to two different shops and their alignment readings were almost 100% identical. Silly that I took it to two shops but I didn't trust the first shop that I visited. Both alignments together totaled less than $140.

you drive a race car!!!...
and that's why I think you should sell it and get a Hyundai (thanks Don)...*G*
It all depends on what you think the defintition of a race car is. I consider a race car something you have the pleasure in building, and every now and then, take it to the track or the usual, spirted driving. It does'nt always have to be in need of a full on Built Machine that someone has spent over hundreds and thousands of dollars to be called "race car"
I don't consider a race car to be something that you drive on the streets daily. If you guys believe that a race car is simply a car that you can race well then my Hyundai (Peter) too is a race car.
I also think how one drives is also a factor in a good personal alignment.
I'm off to Highlands Valley Rd to test out my new Delrin bushings with stock alignment. So far it feels good, but kind of twitchy. Once I get the feel for it, I should be one fast mother. J/K
