yeah i just want to have fun and improve my driving skills and maybe autocross every while.

i have raced in a Karting international circuit in Sharm El Shaikh before & got 2nd best lap.
the best lap guy was well experienced and had international license and had his training in Europ for almost 3 years, so i guess i have some skills

i'll just go Karting and have fun, and maybe autocross my stupid ass v6 mustang

This is probably second best: http://www.ocracecraft.com/ Its close, but not in SD. Its expensive, but most race schools cost at least that much (fast lane, skip barber, bondurant for example). I don't know how the curriculum compares. I hear the track is between a full track and auto-x in speed, similar to streets of willow.

Don't think there are any driving schools that supply wheels or are liable for tickets or any accidents haha.
