Ill try to find out where my friend was talking about. It really may be the Fashion Depot as I thought he said by the sports arena. He said you can get nice suits for SUPER cheap.

if you were at Macy's this past weekend they had a super sale where jackets and pants were like $20-$50 a piece and of course shirts and ties are always on sale.

Burlington Coat Factory is a pretty decent place to find suits for around $150 as well.

A little 1st time suit buyer tip by the way: make sure to get it tailored. Don't be like my friend who bought a suit and showed up to an event without getting the pants hemmed. lol
