So I was going on the 5 south around 6:10pm and i had just gotten off the clairmont dr off ramp and this guy infront of me is blabing away on his cell . he then notices that traffic is slowing down and decides to slam on his brakes. i slam on mine and my brakes lock up. i skid right into him and behind me a prelude slams on his brakes and skids onto my rear end. I get out to survey the damage and my front fender is pretty messed, my left head light is pushed inward and my hood is cracked. I look at the rear and theres almost no damage, just a scratch. I look at the car infront of me, i think it was an old chevy caprice, the thing is a tank and had not a scratch on it. I look at the prelude and he cracked his fender about an inch. My car is drivable and my insurance said they would take care of everything. Well atleast ill get a new front fender that one was all beat up anyway. And maybe i can get them to get me a bette CF hood

I should be ok. Hopefully the adjuster calls today so I can get it fixed soon. I just hope they get me a CF hood, if not i might just take the money and buy one.

What the hell happened to your ABS? It's supposed to activate during situations like this and preventing you from locking up your brakes and sliding into other cars. Oh well, glad your okay.
