it's not even a race to compare. phil has taken a LOT of money and dissapeared with it.

joe was just lazy and slow to complete transactions. he did not intend to screw people out of money. I dont condone a lot of his actions, but he certainly did nothing on the level of taking dozens of orders and the money, and then dissapear with it with no chance of refunding...

joe just got over his head trying to flip deals to make a little off the top.
