well i was in RB, in the parking lot of albertsons. i had just finished letting my car warm up and i started to back up prolly 2 inches out of the parking spot. Just enough to see around the cars to check if any one was coming.

i look to my right and see no one i look to my left and right then i see and hear a car scrape the hell out of my back bumper he had to have been going 20mph cause he slamed on his brakes and skidded alittle bit after he hit me.

i think if he was going slow in the parking lot he would have been able to slow to a stop before hitting me, as i was backing out extremely slow.

its hard to say whos fault it really his i think it was alittle bit of both our faults but it will get fixed so im not as mad anymore.

dude thats a bummer i feel your pain. i got hit and run about a week after i bought my car.... i was so mad/sad

 

i would have been pissed, i hate people that speed through parking lots, garages, etc. hope everything works out.
