Are you an aspiring web designer striving to break the mold? CMTM, a successful Internet Marketing Company in Encinitas, Ca, is looking for a top notch web designer. We're looking for individuals who are able to work on multiple projects at once and have experience in designing web sites that are aesthetically pleasing and meet current web standards. Candidates must have 3+ years web design experience.

Candidates will have to be proficient with the following:
CSS - Hand Coding
HTML - Hand Coding (No WYSIWYG)
Macromedia Dreamweaver
Adobe Photoshop
Macromedia Flash
Adobe Illustrator is a plus

An understanding of PHP, JAVAscript, and Flash Actionscript is a definite plus. An understanding of web site usability and information architecture is also helpful.
