Why Texas, there are many places in the US that has huge homes for cheap prices. Maybe don't search Texas, go to a state that has a place to track your S and search around it?

Thought about it many times! Texas as a state suits me more that Cali. But I love the diversity of San diego. As far as race tracks are concerned go over to s2ki Texas region and ask around. I mean you do have the new f1 track being built =)
