First change your tranny fluid...just to be safe.

I had that problem before. It's the shifter. You have to take it completely out regease the bearing at the bottom of the chamber. Also clean it out their might be debris. I had the same problem with the grindage. Rev-up before you engage gear and it'll go in without grinds. If you like bring it to the meet in o-side. It's a 30 minute fix. You don't need to go to a shop. But my first two drinks will be on you.

Actually, your shifter wiggling in gear is somewhat normal. The transmission case/tunnel is right below and runs through the middle there. Unless you have experienced some grinding gears or if it pops out of gear it's normal.

But yes...change your gear fluid for the 2-3 gear grind. Use a thicker weight if the OE Honda fluid doesn't work. If you need help with tranny fluid swap I can do it for you.
