Default rip on top

i guess its that time of the year when the stupid top decides to tear itself.

after searching, its most likely the same spot that everyone else is having their tear at. *rear passenger side, next to the hinge*

my question is has anyone have their top replace/patch by honda dealership in SD? which is a good one etc..

THanks

I took mine in to Hoehn about 2 yrs ago and got them to replace it 100%. Keep in mind I had about 60k on the car, it's a '00 and I had NO warranty.

I went topup for like 2 weeks because the window was no nice.

hoehn is in carlsbad.
I don't know if it matters which one areound the SD area you go to.
It's up to the district amnager, I would think he runs more than 1 dealership.

Here's how it went:
Serice manager @ hoehn basically laughed at me, but said it's up to the dm.
A week goes by and I get a call from them to bring it in, the dm approved it.

I'm sure since your car is much newer than mine, you shouldn't have any troubles.

update: i went to Hoehn today, and spoke with Mario the Service Dept Manager. He said he will replace it free of charge and it will take awhile to order the parts in. He expected it to take around 1.5 days to have it done.
He saw the rip on the top and I guess he knew it was from a stress point on the passenger side. It was pretty obvious.
