September 10th.
I was looking at the events for September 10 and it looks like there will be alot going on at Qualcolm. Drifting on the East lot and Autocrossing on the West. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to do.......I decided to "Drift" since I've never experienced it as a sport.
If you guys are not doing anything on Sep 10th, come out and show some support and watch some fellow S2kers try to drift.
You can also watch some autocrossing on the other side of the lot. Both should be very entertaining.
I know Phil, Seth, Cory, Peter and I are attending. Anyone else?
I planning on running my SSR in the fronts and stockers on the rear. Should this be good for drifting? I also plan on setting my rear shocks at full stiff, will this be easier to drift?
See you guys this Saturday.

Am I confused, are you talking about running your 18" wheels in the front and stockers(16") in the rear. Or are you talking about tires

Bottom line, you want more grip in the fronts to better control your drifts. Rears are there to spin.

I'm talking about SSR 18' fronts and OEM 16" rear. Since I have OEM 16" 225 on a 7.5" rim, this will be better suited for drifting instead of using SSR 18" 255 on 9.5" rim. What my car looks like won't apply.

18" in the front and 16" in the rear.
