I drive with the flow of traffic, whatever it is, usually works, but I also got a ticket for 3 miles over the speed limit and 6 miles over the speed limit on two separate operation 21 days (zero tollerance days)

drive the limit and you'll never get a ticket.. go with the flow and you'll be pretty safe..zig zag haul ass and you'll get one for sure (but you'll have a smile on your face)

Traffic school will tell you that if you travel 5 miles over the limit you will most likely not even be looked at because each road is regulated or "rated" at a plus minus 5 mph.

In a 65mph zone if you cruise 70mph you will be fine. 55mph you cruise 60mph.

If the flow of traffic exceeds the +5 mph limit......then you can go with the flow of traffic minimizing your lane changes.

Also remember to try and stay out of the "hammer" lane as much as possible only cruise there is you have a passenger during car pool hours or to pass during normal hours.

I cruise on the freeway around 70mph without being paranoid and checking my mirrors every 2 seconds. I have passed plenty of CHP and they have passed me while I'm cruising at this speed. Take it from me I have more tickets then S2K has paid members.

When I do speed (say 80mph-90mph) I do it when others car traveling the same speed. Also don't be the last one in the pack of speeding cars. Also try to be in the middle or in front. When speeding also, I tend to travel in the slow lane. Only when it's clear, never swerve in and out of traffic. Cops will spot you fast.

Just don't speed.

Kind regards,
Joe

I have been driving at 80 mph (under normal driving conditions) on the freeway since I have I can remember. I have even spotted a cop too late but haven't gotten messed with (knock on wood). I also don't change lanes. Weaving or frequent lane changes cause attention. Also cutting ppl off does too.

Moral of the story: don't drive like Ron

j/k Ron Sorry Nita
