Last night , i got a ticket for speeding , they used an undercover car he said i did 80+ on a 50 road and i was only hitting about 60ish? The undercover cop car said i was incredibly loud. I only have a fujita intake and that i was flying everywhere. I have a heavy foot but wasnt speeding , can i fight this?

I also got a ticket a couple months ago for an "improper right turn" from a cop in convoy. He pulled me over because he said i was in a illegal vehicle not allowed in the US. He then tried to tow my S2K , im fighting this ticket but if i lose should i go to traffic school for this or the other ticket?

 

did he clock you? if he did theres no way to argue it. if he didnt and he was driving then yeah u can easily fight it.

 

No he said the undercover cop was pacing me, and i asked him so you were "guesstimating" he said yes we paced you. When he pulled me over i was doing 40 because i saw him behind me.

 

Do Trial by Declaration. I have beaten many tickets both for my friends and myself doing it this way. Do a search, because I have posted how to do it several times.

 

+1 for trial by declaration. That option somewhat gives you a chance to get the infraction dismissed.

 

WTF? So was he really that ignorant, or was he just hassling you? Not sure which is worse...

yeahh he said he has NEVER seen a car like this and that everything is illegal and then he walked back to his car and came back with my ticket . Seriously, i always get hassled because im in a honda.
