Norman is my team leader at the real estate office I belong to. Great guy. He was supposed to be at the BBQ yesterday with his family and his brother (who owns an S), but his mother passed away last week.

norman is my uncle, he asked me if i was going yesterday but i had to go to his daughters (kailah) party at chuck e cheese. small world!
