If made correctly, it tastes just like a chilled watermelon Jolly Rancher 
Only one place in Hawaii made it like that. LA has been by far the worst place we've tried to have that shot. Best thing is you can't taste the 151, much less any of the other alcohols in it. Creeper for sure
