High end jeans are over rated. Does it make your ass look better...probably not.
lol it's not just about accentuating your ass (even though some of the jeans do perk the booty up and make the ass look fuller). The level of detail, fit, finish, material, craftsmanship put into the designer/high end jeans exceeds the regular $40 pair.

I use to rock nothing but Gap jeans since I worked there. Never understood why my sister was dropping $400+ for 3 pairs of jeans. I thought she was crazy and she said there's a difference. One trip to Nordstrom, first pair of Sevens NYD, $132 bucks later, I found myself tossing out all my Gap jeans and have been going denim shopping like nobody's business since.

It's one of those things where you have to try it on and own a pair to appreciate it. The same way people think Lacoste polos are mad expensive. $72 for a polo while other stores sell them for like $30-40. The way it fits, materials, everything about it is better quality, better standards, fits and looks better (imo).

I denim. 7 days a week all day long, 20+ pairs deep. That and my love for Lacoste polos. LOL The rainbow pretty much exists in my closet in L/S and S/S form.

Let's not get started on sunglasses or watches either. Two of my other deadly vices.
