I hate hondas service department. Im doing a valve adjustment and need the valve cover seal kit and the spark plug cover washer kit. So i call and mission valley doesnt have the parts (dealership that is closest to me). They say that national city has the parts so i get there at 8 am, and they dont have the parts, but guess who they say has the parts? mission valley honda!!!! so i buy the parts while im there in national city, drive to mission valley and the guy hands me a head gasket kit, to which i reply that its not what i bought. after 10 minutes of arguing of how i dont need it he says he can get me the right parts, but if i want to get a refund i need to drive back to national city to get them to pay me back for the head gasket. IDIOTS!!!!!
