pokez, its okay, cheap for what it is, its right on E street.

everybody likes it because of the atmosphere, very California/Mexican compared to the other replica Mexican restaurants around here.

but if you ate with your eyes shut there, meh

I ended up going to Hodad's instead.

La Jolla was dead! I figured the place would be bustling like Venice beach or something.

What's Convoy?

hell no, la jolla is always dead, maybe if you went their during the day, you would see some seals sleeping. would get boring fast. windansea beach is the beach to go to if you are a beach going, very few tourists and lots of good lookin locals hang out there heheh.

PB is more like a venice atmosphere. how did you like hodads? I havnt had that in awhile!

convoy is just as dead as la jolla. But it has a bunch of asian restaurants. nothing special. I guess its a place for broke ass college students to kill time.

most of SDs entertainment is along the coast of the beach and downtown (if you can really call san diegos downtown a downtown). you can always try old town, taco tuesday seems to make "Freds" a popular place. but it does get a lot more crowded in the OC /LA area

sadly, I wouldn't know what else to tell you. I go to LA for entertainment lol

I love Hodad's!! I try to eat there as much as possible. Can't go wrong with good, reasonably priced burgers!

I'll stay away from Convoy and La Jolla this weekend. What about Coronado?

I'm going to SD again this Saturday morning. Where can I party Saturday night?

What shall I do Sunday morning?

Coronado has this little momnpop ice cream parlor. the lines are always out the door. I think its called mootime. http://nadolife.com/

Theres always stuff going downtown at the Gas Lamp district downtown. But I don't think any parties with outsource DJs or talent will be coming in this weekend.

How's the W Hotel's bar?
How about the Hard Rock Hotel rooftop Bar?
Or, should I just stick to the Ivy Hotel?

I'll check out Mootime. I haven't had ice cream in about a year.

I'll be out there with sneakers, jeans, and a cardigan over a t shirt. Last time I went to Ivy, they let me in with sneakers, jeans, and a V neck sweater. I heard people outside saying that they require dress shoes but they just let me right in with my girl. Am I supposed to wear dress shoes?

I'll pass on Cheetahs, I take trips to San Diego accompanied by a female counterpart.
