Holding the keys of my trade in car until I made a deal with him. I must have asked him 5 times for my keys. No way I'm paying 38k for an S...Before taxes.

Wooooooooow that is terrible. I'm pretty sure that guy doesn't work here anymore. I don't know anybody that fits that description.
Well I'm here to change a lot of that bs. I've only been here for about 4 months and just from searching around I'm reading a lot of the horror stories of this dealership in the past.
