Hey y'all,

I'm sure you guys know the area around Petco park much better than I do. Are there some safe parking structures or lots where I could leave the S2k in good conscience during a Padres game?

I don't mind if I have to walk a bit, I'd much rather just know the car is safe.

leave the S at home.

or park directly across the street to the west, there is a big lot there, or try to find street parking. street parking sounds ugly, but car is open to public so no one will #### with it.

 

Hmm... unfortunately I can't leave the S at home, as it's my only car.

Any other suggestions/places to park?

 

The convention center is underground with attendants, may be safer than the street.

BTW- there is a new parking structure across the street from petco, next to convention center. 10 bucks. or u can park at petco park for 25 dollars

 

oh yeah aint nobody going to do anything to yo car. i always see 70k and above vehicles parked on street,convention center, embarcadero, and at petco. unless your car has a giants sticker id park far far away

Is the convention center parking lot within easy walking distance of Petco?

 

when i go downtown i park at the old town trolly station, then take the trolly in.

 

I allways park at Qualcom and take the trolly to petco park.

 

3-4 blocks.
