hey folks,

i am in the market for some rims new or used. don't matter. i would like to use these rims for my daily commute and perhaps use them for the track(or mybe i'll use the stock for the track and use the new set for bling/looks...i dunno).


any suggestions on any good ones. i've noticed a lot of work wheels around. what do you guys think about the Work VS-XX??? 17 inch? sorry i dont know how to post pictures. im hopeless. thanks in advance for any input!

PS. I just installed my HKS Hi-Power exhaust today. took me 4 hours! it SOUNDS pretty good!

 

do you have tinted windows? i saw an 06-07 today with hks exhaust in mira mesa.

silentdancer, i think you were one of the few that recommended the exhaust. how can u tell it was an HKS? just by the sound?! or the way it's mounted or shaped?

 

haha i was in the charcoal corolla with a bunch of filipino guys just staring at your car in Penasquitos then in Mira Mesa. I saw your car then i noticed the exhaust, then i rolled down my window and heard the HKS.

car sounds good. are you running a testpipe?

the test pipe is my next goal but im not so sure if i should do iti want to buy rims first though. i think your rims will look good on my car!

must be nice to have daily driver. i sold my GOLD civic to get my car.

im considering getting some rims soon so i might not be able to wait for your rims.

what lowering kit do you have installed in your car? it looks really nice. how's the ride and do you scrape qite a bit? i dont want to compromise the good set up the S2000 is already designed to have.

 

man, those are nice rims. but the price?! dont have that kind of income bro.
