Default Amayama Trading - Great Experience

https://www.amayama.com/en

I had never heard of them before and was a little skeptical, I was quite happy with my purchase though.

I was in need of several discontinued parts that when found (ones that were avail at all) were three time higher in price from USA sellers.

On 1/23/24 @ 2:11 p.m. I placed an order and received an email telling me my order needed to be verified and payment instructions would be sent shortly. They provided a link to contact them with questions.

On 1/23/24 @ 11:47 p.m. emailed saying that part availability was being checked from suppliers. I was given the option to skip this step to expedite but I opted for the check rather than have something not be able to ship and then the order/charges need adjustment.

On 1/24/24 @ 10:50 p.m. emailed that my order has passed the availability check and was now ready for payment.

On 1/25/24 @ 7:32 a.m. emailed that my order was paid and had been accepted with the expected date of January 30th for Amayama to receive it from the supplier. That same day my card was charged $90.62 of which $26.27 was shipping, not bad really considering what it costs to send a box across the USA nowadays.

On 2/2/24 @ 3:50 a.m. emailed that my order was at Amayama's warehouse, would be packed carefully and sent to me within a couple working days.

On 2/5/24 @ 9:36 p.m. emailed with the tracking number.

On 2/14/24 order arrived, packaged very well and complete exactly as ordered.

I am VERY pleased with all aspects of the order. Communication was the BEST I have ever seen from a business or private seller for that matter.
The items were packaged neatly in an appropriately sized box (not too big with inflated shipping charges) and bubble wrap was used to protect the items.

I would encourage anyone needing to order hard to find Honda parts to give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Brian

Yep my friend just got his clutch through them (for hundreds less than I spent because I did not know about them when I got mine!) and had a great experience. I have some parts ordered through them now and am waiting but they are very responsive and keep you updated. As long as you have the time to wait on the parts they are a great resource. And they have some parts that are not available here in the US.

Well I will add another great review of them here. Shipping on my parts came to $74 when I ordered. Among the many detailed updated I received via email as the order progressed, I received one saying that they were able to package in a smaller package so they were refunding me $34 of my shipping charge. They shipped the parts on the 19th. I received them last night (22nd). And they packaged them very well. No part flopping around in big box like you see a lot. Tightly packaged, wrapped and with some crazy good packing tape. I would recommend them for sure. And much cheaper than anywhere in the US.

+1 for a great experience here as well. Order some front hubs. Saved about $110 dollars on the order overall versus Majestic Honda.

I've also had a great experience as well. Ordered parts for my Infiniti's and they always carried the parts the dealers didn't have. Pretty much if the part is available anywhere, these are the guys who will have them.
