I purchased an AEM v1 with cable, from bac7213, (Byron Alvarado), was told it was in perfect working condition, took almost 4 weeks to recieve it, and when I did, found the ecu had been opened up, screws are all stripped, all security tabs were broken, and the ecu does not work, the cable casing had been taped back together with electrical tape, this Byron Alvarado from New York, f@#ked me out of $900.00 bux, not to mention rendered my car useless, I am out of a car until i spend 200-300 bux with aem to have the ecu fixed, I tried to get ahold of him to get my money back, wont msg me, emailed him, called him nothing. STAY AWAY !!!! every for sale post I see from him I will post in to warn people !

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON !!!!!! HE WILL SCAM YOU !!!!!! by the end of this It cost me $900 plus repair costs I could have bought a BRAND NEW AEM V2, and not be out of a car for 2 weeks.

past 45 days, best part is I knew something was up with the ecu before the 45 day period expired, I msged him regarding it AND he responded " which cable are you using?" he provided a cable, said it worked for him blah blah blah.

obviously not a cable issue.

Did you use credit card? If so speak to your cc company, few yrs ago guy tried to f me for $1000 luckly i paid cc through paypal, paypal suck balls didnt help me. My cc company fixed it.
