March 28, I pm him inquiring about the ARP studs he posted in the for sale forum

https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showt...&#entry15800808

on March 29 I paypaled him $45 for the studs and he said he will ship it out on Wed. April 1st, but he didn't ship it out on the promised date. I found out after the date had passed that he had decided go on a vaction without informing about the situation then finally on April 7th he ships them out and never gave a tracking number, which he had promised to send once the product was shipped out. Regardless of the tracking number, the product got there at the time he promised the second time but the product was not the product that he had listed for sale.

I received the studs on Friday 10th but he sent me the ARP Head studs, not the exhaust manifold studs which he had posted for sale.

I have PM'd him after I recieved the product on the 13th, 14th, and the 15th about the situation but I have not recieved a reply. However, he has logged on to the website and has posted in numerous threads on the 13th, 14th, and the 15th.

He does not respond to my PM's but he has time to post all over the forum..

I recieved a PM from him today which stated the he was sorry for sending the wrong part and was giving me a full refund. He said the confusion happened because he had listed both the exhaust manifold studs and the head studs for sale but in different threads, which I was not aware of. He also stated that I should keep the ARP Head Studs for the inconvience. I am happy that I got my money back. He seems to be genuinely remorseful for the whole ordeal.
