Close thread problem was resolved and the guy was not trying to screw me.

I dont think this guy is trying to rip you off. I've done business with him on a set of seats (800 dollar deal). I had a small issue and he took care of it.

An insurance claim takes time I would just sit patient a little longer.

ask him to give you the fedex claim # and you can also call to check the status, like the guy above said it takes time for fedex to do the damage claim

I'm not new to the business and either S2ki, I had been contacting you as much as I can and I even gave you my contact # (954)257-9787 "I have nothing to hide and not trying to screw or take anyones money.

I told you and we agreed that it was damaged by FEDEX, after exchanging pictures of the quarter panel before and after. I also told you that it was better to wait for FEDEX to resolve the issue since it would have been quicker but you decided to do a PAypal dipute and then escale the dispute to a claim which in some cases it could take up to 180 days.

I'm trying to resolve this issue with FEDEX directly since it's the quickest way to do it , like I told you before it will take a little longer since you had taken delivery of the item and noe they are doing their job trying to figure out what happend so that you and me can get the money back.

Now since you are doing a claim via paypal it will take even longer unless I refound the money right away which I won't untill I hear back from FEDEX, I will contact them again on monday since they never got back to me last week.

I'm just trying to make easier for both of us, I know you need your part or your money but as you can see I'm also with out the part and if I refund your money now I will be out of both (money and the part).

All I'm asking you is to bare with me this week so that we can get to the bottom of this.

this was one of the pm's which was sent on MAy 24th (today will be the 5th business day)

Fedex dropped off the quarter panel today and I could see clearly that they damaged it.

The Fedex claim # is 0514534388, you don't really have to call them since I already have been comunicating with them and it will take 5 to 7 business days before we could get money from them.

Since I understad the Brandon is waiting for his money I offered to refund his money today and I will just wait for FEDEX to pay me back, but I just realized he escaleted the dispute to a claim and I told Brandon to close the claim so I could refund his money asap.

I run a legit business and i don't want any unhappy custumers and that it why I have been contacting you and keeping up to date (don't forget we just had a holliday weekend).

I will refund your money like I said and I'm sorry that this happend but it was FEDEX fault.

Now like you all could see I gave Brandon tracking number of the item when it was shipped,I gave him a FEDEX claim, we exchanged several pm's,we exchanged pictures.

Many people had bought parts from me and not once I have rip anyone off so please keep that in mind.

Today will be the 5th business day since I filed the claim but if you want I could refund your money by the end of the day or tomorrow the latest,I know it wasn't your fault and you might need the money , I understand and I will be willing to give you that money and I will just have to wait for FEDEX to pay me back.
