In 31 of december i asked again if the item was already shipped to portugal as stated before. his response:

"Sorry for the late reply but USPS don't offer any tracking # for oversea package but what I can do is I can try to find out for you in the post office monday and see if it get into your country yet.

When I shipped via usps, they didn't provide me with a tracking number either However, he should have the reciept. I would ask him to send you a photocopy of it.

^ that's only a delivery confirmation number. USPS doesn't have traditional tracking capabilities like Fedex and UPS

Then might I ask why is it when I go to usps.com and copy paste in a certain number to the 'track & confirm" box, I get a detailed update of where my parcel is?

As to USPS and recent international shipments. We shipped some suspension and bushings to a client recently in Tunisia at the Kuwait Embassy. Not only did it take 3 weeks to get there but took 2 weeks just to leave the US! When it finally did arrive in the country, Tunisian customs went through the box and misplaced some of the bushings.

All this to state USPS issues may in fact not be his fault.

As info, I don't even know this guy and was considering buying his rims so it's not a personal thing trying to defend him.
