Why would you send something to someone you don't know without receiving full payment?
Basic selling 101 tells you to wait for the full payment before shipment.
Not to say that shineracer is correct but you got to be really careful when selling online.

your right, i should have either do that or hold one of the rims and send it after receiving the whole payment. we spoke the day i send the wheels and he said that he'll do the transfer ASAP and my mistake is that ive trusted him.

Whoa hold on - I just got back to town and PM'd Lendon back saying the funds' trsf for the additional shipping he's charging me and I find all this??

Lendon, shall I go lengths and post complaints in feedback forum about how you're badgering me on voicemail with racist messages daily? Real professional. I've been really busy but checking it fully now really makes me think twice about paying you extra for quoting me the wrong amount initially.
I transferred over $1600 CDN to your Paypal account May26, you didn't even send out the wheels until a week later on June 2. Did I badger you daily with unknown # calls? Only after a week did you come back and tell me you'd have to charge me $200+ more to ship it to the address we agreed upon.
I'm juggling different projects, conferences, and I come back to the board after a busy weekend and Mon-Weds. You knew I wasn't that easy to get ahold of but I'm easygoing with money - why fuss over $200 when you held my $1400 USD for same if not longer period of time? You really think I ran away with $200? Please.
The money's there now, I won't argue on the internet over a petty amount. I hope you have better communications with your future buyers - most are not their Paypal account 24/7 waiting to be told they have to send more money.
