April 13 - I saw this thread and, pm'ed Dr.Troy inquiring about the products. I was interested in a shift boot. He replies back the same day saying he had what i wanted.

April 18 - I pm Him saying that i Had sent payment via paypal. he Responds with
"ok sounds good man I sold the last tan I had but ill have another one made and ship it out on monday ..thanks let me know when u get it ."
May 2 - I have yet to receive anything yet and i send another pm asking whats going on. he reponds back May 4
" I sent one out but I think something must have happend at the shipping service because its been too long and u havent gotten it or never have I gotten a return address thing. I have 2 tans right now ill ship one out again but get delivery confirmation , count on it being shipped tommorow before noon so it should take 3-5 business days depending on where u are.if u dont get it ill refund u entirely dont worry"
May 11 - Still havent recieved anything so i send out another pm asking whats going on. he reponds back saying he will check on it to see whats going on. Finally it seems like I might get what i had ordered, Supposedly he Put CA instead of MA for the state when shipping. he says he will ship one out that day May 13.
June 3 - Still have not received the shift boot or a refund. He does not respond to Pm's or emails. Yet he seems to have time to respond on his other forsale thread.
So what should i do now ? Did anyone else buy anything from him and actually receive anything ? he posted on May 31 on his other FS thread.
