So i finished installing my Titanium Bling Bolts which Moddiction hooked me up in a Blue Washer with Gold Bolt combo, and to my dismay 1 of them snapped off at the head. However, i managed to thread the stud out and from examining it, when they had pocket drilled it to allow the allen key to be machined, it went a little too far... now coming from a engineering background and being a mechanic in the navy i understand that this happens all over the place, in Aviation, Automotive and Nuclear applications...

So i messaged Ryan from Moddiction and he immediately sent a replacement and couldnt have been more apologetic, i was prepared for him to demand pictures and accuse me of overtorqueing the product, but no... He warrantyed the product right there and is mailing a replacement, couldnt be more happy with his customer service and am looking forward to ordering more products after my deployment.
