I personally have had issues with them. I dropped the issue all together and went on my way. I spent more money in body work and fitment then I did on the kit itself. I dont recall who I dealt with on the phone (female) was over a year and a half ago. But to the OPs defense its called CYA you have only so long to cover yourself before credit card companies cant do dick. In regards to fitments and there mold it was terrible and sending pictures is redundant as it got me no where. End result threads like these NEED to be made. So people can see what happened and how it was resolved.

With that said, its STILL a nightmare for either buyer or vendor to go after these guys to get theirs back for damage. It's lose-lose. Everyone wants to pay f@#k all for shipping, and then are surprised when shit goes wrong. UGH

HE CANNOT CONTROL UPS/FEDEX/other! Still offers support, and you guys still chirp.

ED, just package stuff with bubble wrap for S2ki'ers from here on out, bunch of crybabies. Reminds me of eBayer's that try and scam honest sellers.

<awaits negative rep for being 'right' as usual>
Thank you.

^ not his 'friend' but when i see shit like this, people trying to be hardcore to discredit vendors and all around good people it drives me up the wall. Look at the posts, you tried to ganagbang ED when he was IMO, already on top of it. Now as a business guy put yourself in his shoes, you really think he strives to help this dude overall now? Especially when he tries to libel him in public instead of BEING PROFESSIONAL - and calling them, and dealing with it over the phone?
FYI, Who says he wasn't professional and didn't call them up prior to posting this thread? Guess what, HE DID. A few days prior if I am not mistaken.

Gangbang ED?

If you read clearly you will see that I even posted that I had read ED fine print and saw what he was refering to. Also I mentioned that this was starting to move in the right direction. What a brutal gangbang .. We had left this alone and once Tony received his return slip he was going to update but then you came along with your rant. Stay classy bro
Yes, he called me before hand and I told him the same thing that I have been saying, we will take care of him. I get customers once in a while that call me and threaten me by saying they will post a negative review on all the automotive forums they can find. We care about everyones opinions but seriously, lets grow up. I suggest before you guys start judging wait for the OP to reply back. You guys will end up having to bite your tongue.

Also, on a side note, its easy for everyone here to gang up on a vendor. Admit it, it happens all the time if the smallest thing goes wrong. You shouldn't beat up another member here for actually helping out a vendor and going against the norm. Thanks 01lexpl for coming on here and expressing how you felt since you can place yourself in our shoes. I am not threatened by people who come here and have no sense on how to express what they feel without acting like little kids. 2ks2knyc you've been professional in your feedback as well, even if it was going against us and I respect that a lot. All I ask is that we work out the main issues here rather then go around and say screw them or screw that. Most of us here are adults, so can't we all just get along? and perhaps smoke a bong? haha jk

I agree with you, but I was brought in to this company because of my history of fixing such problems. I've only been here for about 8 months but there are changes happening. I am sorry about your previous experience but I can guarantee that no customer will ever be treated the way you were and if we get an opportunity to earn your business back it would be our honor.

Well said. Other than the name calling and few references towards sexually having our way with the vendor it was fine. Sure some will join the OP in feeling upset but that is only because we have all dealt with POS vendors who don't believe in taking care of the customer.

I can see you thanking 01lexpl but his rant was pretty ignorant.

Lastly, I see you are living up to keeping the customer happy and Tony will need to just be patient. Let's just hope it all ends well.

Never once did i bash your company or you in particular. And as a matter of fact i can safely say for myself that as an outsider looking in i have given both sides the benefit of the doubt. As a matter of fact i even commended you because so far your handling of the situation has been timely and prompt. Only thing i pointed out was the fact that the product that arrived did not match the description of the product advertised. And some of the ways you dealt with answering his concerns were pretty wild. I understand the business ethos, and i understand where your coming from as a company. But without threads like this it would hurt your business and customers even more in the long run. So far you have been given 3 things that come to mind of ways to improve your business further. Better packing, better boxing, more stringent qc practices. I guarantee if you were in some shape or form able to implement just those 3 practices your business would show it .

You are going to be getting a refund. We wouldn't ask you to go out of your way to send us the package otherwise. Once again your patience was greatly appreciated and I hope you can appreciate the fact that a) I stuck to my word and b) no other company would do this for a customer. No one in this industry cares to build relationships anymore, everyone is only concerned about the $$$. Even though we lost money on this because of shipping we are just content on the fact that we were able to make an upset customer, semi happy? Can you smile for us now Tony?

Tai...
Thank you for seeing this to the end. Of course I appreciate that you kept word. I'm very big on keeping one's word. And I think its a shame that companies out there don't care about customers, all they care about is money (as you put it). Well thank you for everything you and Victor (customer serv) did to rectify this problem, and yes you did stick to your word and promised 100% cust satisfaction. I'm smirking a little right now, but ill be smiling ear to ear when i see the money back on my card
thanks agian
