You should do a search of his username and see all the posts he has made on this forum.
It appears that he uses this forum primarily for selling stuff and a bit for WTB type posts. A bit odd that one individual would have so much stuff for sale so often. But check those threads and contact some of the people who may have bought stuff from him.
It also appears he has met some of the guys in a meet in his area. Search out those threads and PM some of the people who have met him to get some insight.
It's your money, so do some more homework or wait for some responses to your enquiry.

Anyways thanks and I hope this is not going to be a scam, I sent him payment two days ago and have not heard anything from him. I sent it thru paypal and they verified the payment was received by him. I will post the results of this transaction.

I asked him to pack the aluminum billet part to prevent any scratches to the part and he more than met that goal. The package was shipped promptly and he even insured it for me.
