I purchased an '06 UK cluster from freezingcoffe. It turns out it was not VSA compatible as VSA is optional in the UK. Freezingcoffe did not know this as he has an '05 car.
After PMing him back, explaining the problem and telling him that I wanted to reverse the transaction; he agreed to do so as he stated in the FS thread that it was VSA compatible.
He let me keep the cluster as collateral until he had refunded my money. The transaction was for ~$400 and he stood behind his word and returned the money promptly as agreed.
This is a stand-up person and seller. Please feel free to buy from him with confidence.
