I wanted to give a big "Thanks" to Tommy @ GoTuning Unlimted on my recent order.
I ordered some VOLK RE30 LE's on 11/12, and they arrived 11/16. everything was well packaged, and I was pleasantly surprised they arrived with Lugs (which a few others tried to charge me extra for)
I knew I was going to buy wheels this month, so last month I sent a few PM's to S2Ki vendors that sell VOLK wheels. I sell cars, so I absolutely hate negotiating since I have to do it so much. I got quotes and some were $20 apart, and some were as much as $400 apart.
I ended up going with GoTuning because they were the most professional of the competitive offers. I did end up paying marginally more than the cheapest, but the professionalism was worth it.
He actually answered the phone stating the name of his company (vs "Hello?" - WTH?), and he was prompt calling me back. The invoice arrived in my e-mail inbox within 15 minutes of giving my payment via phone, and tracking numbers came soon after.
My order was placed and shipped the same day. AWESOME!
When spending Big bucks it's huge to do business with someone who's on top of their game, and follows up. Nothing more disconcerting than doing business with someone who doesn't respect your money like you do.
I'll be replacing my coilovers before the next AX season starts, and GoTuning Unlimited will be at the top of my list.

Both Aaron and Tommy are very pleasant to work with. I just stopped by their shop a few days ago and Aaron installed my steering boss and also adjusted my hood latch to make my ASM hood easier to close.
It is the small things that keep me coming back to GoTuning for my purchases. They go beyond the customers expecatations which makes them that much better than other shops.

Bought many things from Tommy for both the S & the Z and he runs a tip top ship. Always fast with shipping, communication and always answers the phone. If help me place and order while I was on my way to Mexico so it would arrive by the time I get back. Can't say enough good things about GoTunning Unlimted as well as Tommy.
