GT Motoring
I waited very patiently to see what was to come of my willans harness order. On October 9th I placed an order via their website for 2 Willans 6X6 harnesses in black. I was told prior to ordering that they would arrive in 3 weeks. I asked Greg when the harness would arrive on November 11. He said he would check with them and replied back saying per their update it will be 2 more weeks. I got suspicious as I have dealt with vendors before and have quite a bit of experience buying car parts as I've been a member here for 13+ years and have seen it all. I contacted willans and asked if there was an order coming in for gtmotoring and why it's taking so long for these as they are not custom made. What I got as a response was well.. read for yourself. This is directly from willans emailed to me

haven't had any since August.
Kam, did you pay for your order with GT, or is it just a verbal
agreement so far?
Let me know, and I'll figure out the best way to solve the problem.

I wrote you now on your other post and on. We are closed for the holiday so just happened to see this now.
I have all emails confirming the ETA from willans per my last check in and orfer requests. If you want a refund, no problem but please don't go out on a limb to call me out without knowing or seeing everything I have to show otherwise.

I've received several comments about this thread so I'm going to clean this up and move forward. If you have never bought a product from the seller, I'm not finding the value of your post. If you have had an issue in the past and it has been resolved (and documented), it's the past. Time to move on.
Well this has been a long time coming, I have given greg every chance to make this right and I am at my wits end. I had place an order for two Recaro PP and after a lengthy weight, I ended up selling my S before they seats ever came in. When I contacted Gred, Around early Oct. to tell him that my S was sold and I would like a refund, I was told it would take a couple weeks until the money came back from Recaro.Unfortunately it didn't take a couple weeks. After almost two months of calling, leaving PM's and even getting another member involved, I received a whopping 50% refund. When I saw that I only received $950 Of the 1900 Owed to me, I called Gt Motoring. When they didn't answer, I left a message, when they didn't call back I left a PM, When that didn't work I asked another board member... And I am still waiting for my other 950. It has been almost 4 MONTHS! I really do not see how or why it should even take half as long. I just had my first kid and I am really not looking for more headaches or more lost sleep. All I want is my REFUND!
