Just wondering if anybody else is having trouble getting someone to call back and/or reply?
About a couple of weeks back I emailed them (I have purchased from them last year)and didn't get a reply.
Then a week ago I went to their web site and filled out the contact information hoping this would be a better method, nothing
Then today I left two voice messages and still nothing.
I like their products but wondering if I should take my business somewhere else?

I had the same issue, promised to ship something out for me after they forgot to include it with my product. Did not hear from them again.

 

Maybe the market share the S2000 provides to Industry Garage is too small?
