Thumbs down My Experiences with HardTopGuy

I called up Jeff and got a hold of him this afternoon to inquire about my parts. He started work as a parts manager for a dealership and is getting involved in another dealership. Adding to the fact that he has to juggle his family life in addition to getting home late from his 2 jobs + HTG.com, it's understandable that spare time was at a premium as of late. He wasn't able to get out to ship items. He extended his apologies and said orders will be fulfilled in the coming days. So don't worry guys, he's alive and well, and he said he will come through.

Cool.

Really should have put a note up on his site or took a couple of minutes to email buyers though. He probably didn't just wake up one day and have two jobs.

Sure he's a cool dude, but a bad mistake on his part.

i was wondering why i didnt get a shipping comfromation or a tracking number. i seen threads like this turn sour on ht. hope that dosent happen here.

actually that was strato defending htg. hard to summarize but the vendors here do have excellent records with customers and one mistake and they are sometimes crucified. it was just a playful thread.

that's nice htg is doing two dealerships, his networking can hopefully get us more parts and better prices. good luck to him and i'm sure the awaiting parts will be delivered.
