I've been waiting since early April, before the Dragon, so it's basically been nearly 2 months. Man... a bit hurt and still wondering how in the heck you guys are getting stuff before me. Consider yourselves extremely lucky.

Thought I would put my experience here just as a reference point...I believe things are heading back on track for hardtopguy. I placed my order on May 31st for some JDM badges. Emailed hardtopguy on June 4th explaining that I was going out of town for 2 weeks soon and if the parts couldn't ship before I left, if he could hold them for me until I came back. He responded the next day that he would ship the parts ASAP. Email last night that parts had shipped and would be to me by the middle of next week. I certainly felt like he made every effort to accomodate me...so I fully believe all the recent problems/delays will be resolved soon...
I am starting to get really upset that I hear that hardtopguy is replying someone back that ordered something on may 31th.. when I have been emailing,pming and leaving voice mails for the past month now with no reply. I have ordered a lot of stuff from sponsors on this site and this is by far the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I mean it would take maybe 5 mins to let me know what was going on with my order. I just want to know when I will be getting my gears. I am willing to wait one more week for a reply or I just will get a refund from the credit card company and buy the gears from kia which are the same gears and have a company cryo treat it for me.
I hear ya man, am in the same situation and I've been waiting longer. Just called up Jeff this morning and he said he is finally getting caught up on his orders so it is my guess that your order will be attended to in that timeframe. I agree the service has been slow lately but this is atypical of his customer service as he has been great to me in all of my previous orders. I'm sure it will get better again.
This isn't the first time something like this has happened. I ordered a 4.77 diff from him, and it took almost 7 weeks for me to receive it. Numerous unanswered phone calls, and unanswered emails. When I did get the chance to talk to him, it was always something different. Either the LSD was bad, waiting on a core, anything and everything, but never "his fault". Once I finally got the diff, I installed it, and within 3 days, mailed back the core, so I could get my $1000 back. I got the notification that he received the core, and 2 weeks later, no money back. I had to call and call to get a hold of him. When I did talk to Jeff, he said he had to inspect the core to make sure it was OK (was never told that before hand, but I was OK with it, since I knew it was, the diff only had 30k miles on it), and took over 2 weeks to get my core money back. I have yet to order anything else from HTG.
Fingers crossed for all of you with orders. I'm sure you will EVENTUALLY get your stuff.
