On 10/19/14 I paid NYC s2k $270 plus PP fees to ship me an SSM AP2 rear bumper that he had listed. I have had no response from him since 10/23 and no indication that he has shipped me anything. He hasn't logged on since 11/02/14 and I have since escalated it to a PayPal claim due to lack of contact. I had issues with this same guy as well. It took one month and moderators getting involved to get a rear differential mount that I paid for. He advertised the mount as "mint" which it certainly was not, but he did send me the other side as extra, unfortunately I didn't need that one and it doesn't really do me any good. I will never buy from the guy again. It really sucks there are guys like this on the forum, because he is the only guy I have had issues with and it certainly does not help what would be a great market place.

 

I just locked NYC s2k's FS thread and suggest it remains locked until this issue is resolved.

The Paypal issue has been resolved in favor of Fokker because the seller never responded to PayPal or the texts, calls, or PMs. He has been removed from the site.

 

I had to deal with him as well I paid for a sheepy manifold in Sept and he never sent it I had to file a paypal complaint and I just got my money back today. he kept telling me he was going to send it for a month. I told him he had a week or I was going to file a complaint and he never answered me from then on. id just kick him from the site. horrible seller. he scammed me. be warn.

 

He's already been removed from the site, but any person information you may have on him, please pm it to me. I'm trying to compile any information on the guy I can so he doesn't try this crap again under a different screen name.

 

I would prefer that people don't PM you with info. If there is new info, it should be posted here so everyone is able to view the information.
