I have already contacted my CC company as he was able to get paypal to defer my dispute. A lesson to be learned from this whole situation, just read carefully before buying. I will probably never buy anything again from this forum again until I feel confident I wont be scammed.

Its being packed now man, lol we have so many orders you gotta give us time man. We send out the invoice right when we have the tracking number, being when the shipping guy ships it.....

i can send you an invoice first if you want.....

He never sent the invoice and as you can see 5 days have passed to still be packing the item....not to mention his wierd obsession with responding with laughter. I become aggressive...

No Sam I don't want a copy of the invoice, I want what I paid for.

I am a patient man for private sales, but there is no way you can convince me that a Sponser has to wait 4 days to ship out used items that are in stock and should already be packaged waiting to ship.

One of two things are going on.....

1) You are lying. There is some "other" reason you are not shipping my items. I am guessing they may be installed and the delay is you haven't taken them off the car yet or......

2) You are lying. You intend to do the port/polish on a used head that is not from ASM and try to fool me and pass it off as the real thing.

Either way you have 2 choices.....

1) Refund my money immediately or.....

2) Send the items in the next 24 hrs with every piece of proof possible that these items are real. This head will be installed by a member of the Honda Racing Association so if "ANY" area of the ASM head looks like a low rate job, you're done.

You have 24 hrs starting now.


LOL you are quite funny as

1. This IS NOT a private sale , this is a sale through AJR
2. It is a long weekend (holiday) Things are packed, call the shipping company to see if anyone will come get the stuff.
3. We send out invoices to customers when the tracking number is recieved from shipping company, if customer requests prove of purchase immediately, i can send the invoice (receipt) right away, thats not a problem.
4. We have a no refund/exchange policy

In that concern, all the parts sold are as is. We bought it from ASM, its a Toda cylinder, i told you before you bought it, its sold as is condition, there is nothing wrong with it since we check all items before we sell them, so don't try to pull a stunt.

After all that is clarified, i hope we can end in good terms as we try to satisfy all customer needs.

I hope you enjoy the items purchased, and hope we can do business soon in the future.

I have purchased from both a private party and from a sponser in the last 72 hrs and have received both items purchased.

There is no excuse for what is going on here. I have no intentions of backing out of the deal for 2nd thoughts. Cam gears and a large piece of metal take less than 30 minutes to pack and even less time to ship.

Everything about this deal seems fishy. I will once again refer to my earlier response.....

If "ANYTHING" seems to be fake or out of the norm with any items sold, you will soon find out that I am no pushover and consequences will be immediate and swift. I will once again suggest that you provide as much evidence of it's authenticity as possible to help you out if you try to pull a fast one.

At this point if you do not ship by Monday = You get a post in the BAD Seller Thread. Hope that makes you understand how very serious I am. If you ship any later than Tuesday = Report to Paypal of Fraud, Forward to S2ki for ban from this site, and web address in Google boycotting your company anytime a search is done.

This is still hilarious but i understand where you are coming from so i don't blame you.

Once and for all, do what you want to do. In canada here, its long weekend, Monday is a holiday, you can call up the shipping companies, its all closed, and so are we. Thus i said we are shipping it tuesday.

Post whichever thoughts you wish as we are trying our best. Yes is takes about 30mins to pack an item. But AJR does not surround all our time to do YOUR purchase. This is a company, we received hundreds of orders per day.

I dont know what sort of "authentication" you need or what so "fishy" about this deal. You purchased something thats listed on our website, as ALL our customers do. I told you details about the item. Its as simple as that.

Im already going out of my way to reply you out of office hours, its holiday and weekend here. I hope you understand.

So the items are all ready to go, but we have an issue noted by our accountant that you paid us in USD. We need the payment in CAD as this payment going through USD results in us loosing another $80CAD due to exchange rates thus why we held the shipment and havent shipped it out.

You can give us a call and process the remaining $80CAD by credit card or shoot us another paypal but then paypal would need 4% paypal fee so it may be easier for you to pay over the phone.

A week later and still nothing shipped and "now" bring ups that there is an accouting problem. Did anyone read that he we negotiated anything in CAD? Would it take a week of having my money in his bank to notice that?

First off, we have refunded your money as we are not going to do business with customers of your attitude.

I have shown enough respect and manners with this situation and have tried to solve this matter and friendly as possible.

Second off, if you want to prove our service and our authenticity with our products, please look/read through S2Ki or any other active forums.

AJ Racing deals with a good amount of customers per day resulting in a priority sequence for orders. Our business does not surround your one order over the rest.

In regards to this sale, we are already offering you a discount by taking your offer with NO negotiation to sell the products since we try to offer S2Ki members the best deals but clearly you are not pleased with that AND overly rude.

Lastly, product prices were mentioned, discussed, negotiated and agreed in Canadian Dollars yet you sent us USD resulting us to loosing another $80-$100CAD. We were already selling the items at a discount AND paying for shipping on our behalf so i do not see how we would bare with more loss with this sale.

Sir, you've been very insulting with your choice of words, impatient with purchasing, rude during communication therefore we have chosen not to do your business.

The part where i stated to pm me WHEN YOU HAVE paypalled us, you have missed, the next pm u replied already asked for a tracking number. Thus you took 2 days upon that delay yourself.

2nd, i kindly told you i can send you an invoice since you were afraid of where your money went, yes i didnt send an invoice to you because you clearly and rudly stated you did not want it.

3rd prices were all discussed in CAD, you missed the part where you offered $2000 but in no pms was there any part where we mentioned anything in USD.

4th i have tried to be kind to you, spoke in manner and tried to help your situation as your trust to us was to a bare minimum but clearly you didnt not appreciate that.

You are correct, packing those two items takes about 30mins, shipping guy takes about 2 secs to pick it up, about a 15 mins drive back to their shipping company and about 3 days to get to you.

All mentioned above is if the world is only doing everything for you.

Enough said as i beleive members on this forum will understand this situation.

Also note this buyer is impatient, rude, and doesnt do what he says.

All in all, i would NOT tell members to NOT buy from him, maybe he was in a rush or in a particular bad mood but i WOULD tell fellow members to be aware of his attitude, immpatience and being rude thus not being able to close a smooth sale.

I noticed to this response that you did not reply with a LOL or find my post to be humorous.

I completely agree that I am impatient and rude and have a bad attitude...."WHEN" someone takes my money without so much as a ETA, acknowledgement to ship, nothing, nada, zip.

I made my payment within minutes of receiving the paypal info. That is all I was supposed to do as a buyer. Don't understand how you say I didn't fulfill my end of the deal.

Members who buy from Sponsers expect excellent customer service. You failed to deliver. Responding with pleasent words doesn't excuse that simple fact.

-You only initiated one pm to me to tell me that I was short $80 CAD after having my money for a week. Unacceptable.
- You never provided me any info upon receiving my payment. Unacceptable.
- Nothing was shipped with an instock used item for over 7 days. Unacceptable.
- Assuming you are the owner/manager and accepted my payment and took you 7 days to see it wasn't CAD? Unacceptable.

Irregardless "if" I was rude or impatient, I am the customer and deserve a standard of excellence that was clearly not shown.

BTW- I can have Partshelper (Sponser) and Sablotodo (Member) Vouch for my quick paymen, patience to receive goods, and the time of our transactions was within 24 hours of the afformentioned failed deal. Both of the provided me a response and the merchandise within 72 hours.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

i've had no problems w/ Sam or Ben at AJ Racing.... since it was a holiday and the incorrect payment was made, I can see and understand the delay. On top of that, the price was negotiated, unlike AJ Racing to do that but it looked like they were trying to help you out at the begginning. I trust Ben and his company so much, they have my CC'd on file as well as GT Motoring. Greg at partshelper is fantastic also.. just seems to be bad timing w/ weekend/holiday, etc that's all. too bad it didnt work out.

This is a Bad Guy/"Experience" Thread. I had a very bad experience that some people would want to consider before buying. I bought from someone listed in here and just made sure to cover my bases. The transaction went smoothly, but there were several avenues for it to go wrong if I didn't learn from someone posting their bad experience here.

It's funny how no one acknowledges the critical mistakes he made as a business owner and Sponser. I would like you to send me 2k and not get a response for 2 days, no ETA for delivery, and not a peep about any holiday coming up that would delay shipping and be completely fine with it as a new customer. I don't keep tack of Canadian holidays for the record.

1. It's spelled "sponsor"
2. It was close to a holiday so people are calling in orders before the holiday comes = backed up orders.
3. $2,000.00 relatively is alot but not much when modifying an s2000.
4. It was really only 2 days, I mean, come on... it's not that bad.
5. I feel what you are saying, but just try to be on the other side of the table

Also, some experience on my end, I have what some may consider a heavily modded car with parts 20k+. I have bought many things from Ben and Sam at A&J Racing and it sometimes takes them up to 5 days to get me my parts but that's something that has to be understood in this market. We are wanting rare parts, cheap prices, and best customer service. We usually do get all 3, but sometimes people get behind, make mistakes etc. Ben and I chat almost on a daily basis but that doesnt mean everytime I make an order I get an tracking # IMMEDIATELY, or even sometimes I have to wait for days before I get anything.... but his overhead is low and has to stay low if you want his prices to be one of the best out there. Just think about it and be a bit understand that's all. This is coming from a member of 5+ years.....and trust me, I've seen TONS of vendors come and go. Ben is one of the ones staying around for a long time.

Maybe you should deal with Albert @ Speedstar. Everything they got is listed in USD/ CND. I have bought from AJR before and got my items within three days without a problem.

One thing I didn't like was paying $35.00 bucks for shipping on JDM side marker and a J's racing oil cap.
