hopefully you didnt send it as a gift... If you didnt just call your credit card company and have them chargeback the charge... If Mastercard they should chargeback as 4855 Non Receipt of goods or Visa reason code 30 Non receipt of merchandise... you have protection thru your credit card. Just make sure that when you call you have the following info ready...

-Date of expected receipt of the merchandise
-Description of the merchandise to be received
-Last attempt to contact the merchant/seller (Method of contact aswell)
-Make sure to keep any emails,pm's etc as proof in the event that the chargeback comes back.

With that info they should be able to issue you a temporary credit right away depending on your institution...

I would only use the paypal "gift" option IF you really trust the guy to come through for you, otherwise yea its a risk. I've used the gift option on paypal for people on s2ki but i've always done research on the person/seller.

I would call your CC and do the chargeback like everyones saying.

SSorry to hear that bro. I was also looking to buy but like someone said he was asking to send it as a gift and I just had a weird feeling so I never bought it. I would file a police report than get in contact with your creditcard company and paypal. Good all works out for you

yeah bro you can dispute the charge....and anyone selling an aemv2 for 850 dollars that price i would be like hmm idk. i mean it is a 1300 ems brand new. i paid 1195 new from a buddy on here just a hit or miss bro. you'll eventually get your money back either way. always do secured payments through paypal like sol1d says unless you trust em or theyre actually your friend i wouldnt do gift.

I don't think you have much to worry about since didn't send it as a gift and used a credit card. They should cover you with a chargeback.
