Default Problems with GT Motoring?

I ordered Challenge wing mounts from GT Motoring back on 1/18. Every time I call these guys up, it seems like they just give me the run around. I know these mounts were on back order, but I had to email/call several times until I could get any kind of an ETA. That took almost 2 months. Last week they said the mounts were coming in from their vendor, and it would ship it out same week. It didn't happen. I called them again, they said it would ship out this Monday, that didn't happen either.

I thought these guys were a pretty big, reputable company. There is no excuse for promising shipping deadlines and not delivering.

They've been in the process of moving to a new facility for the past few months, I know first hand that has caused Greg a ton of grief.

For the record, I ordered custom Recaro's from them in January, I don't have them yet, but I was told it would be 8-10 weeks.

Keep communicating with them, the best method is calling them.

Greg is a good guy. He wont screw you over. I had bought quite a bit of J's racing stuff from him that should have been 6 momths but turned out to be over a year and a half. It was frustrating because like you the date always changed but it wasnt greg's fault he was the middle man. Anyways the story goes on longer then that. But in the end Greg took care of me and will do you right!

I've had a couple issues with a hytech header and j's exhaust a while back, but they took care of it. If youre worried about being screwed over, you won't.

I'm not concerned about being screwed over, but I'd like to get these parts so I can hit the track before summer starts.

After many delays by our supplier again and again, I just picked them up from coating today. FINALLY! Our CNC facility kept shelving our project due to urgent military orders. We were not happy about it, but we get unmatched quality and pricing from them which we extend to our customers. They will be going out tomorrow once i pack them in the morning. I'll have Tim or myself contact you with tracking on them

I don't understand why people take your money not having the item in stock. You pay them then you get to wait months.

I did that with my white crow bumper. Never again.

I've removed some of the comments, don't be offended if yours are gone, they aren't relevant to the OP's post.

So you left all their good feedback but the guy that ordered in July of 2011 and hasnt gotten word you delete?

That's shady to hide bad feedback.
