I will add more details to this thread as the dispute continues, in a nut shell,
Seth was the nicest person seemed great to deal with for the first 15 mins of our conversation through PM, I sent hime 4000.00 USD for a turbo kit, tires, Lip, Brake ducts etc.. He promised to have the items shipped out Wednesday or Thursday at the latest, Sunday rolls around and i send him a pm for an update on the items. He thought that was annoying and i had no right to ask him what the situation was. Since then he has been nothing but Rude as can be, telling me hes not going to inlcude all the items in the deal etc.. I replied saying if your not going to include the everything i dont want it. He sends me a msg saying he was going to give me a full refund, but he wont do it until its convienient for him which may take a few weeks, I told him thats unacceptable I want it by the end of the week. He replied "IM NOT TAKING ORDERS FROM YOU COCKSU*KER". He then replies Im not giving you a refund im shipping out the package. This was yesterday.
Today I file a dispute with paypal. and this is my response from Seth.
"I love how you try to file a dispute saying the kit didn't arrive the same day it was shipped. What a cock sucker. Hope you enjoy what I sent you. lol thanks for the $4000.

Stay away from this guy, do not buy the turbo kit, he has no intent to ship it.

If Seth responds to this thread I am not Wasting my time quoting or arguing with this guy, he has an IQ of a doorknob. And will Lie and try to weasel his way out of this. I have an inbox full of PM's to back my story up, if anyone wants proof just ask.

There was a thread about him on the 11th of this month did you not read it before you bought the kit. Im sorry to hear that things are not working out. Keep trying to get your money back.

You know what this guy is a joke..I was gonna send him money for this kti as well ..but the way he puts pressure on you made me iffy..Anyways needless to say the next day his older feedback thread came up and that sealed the deal for me ..NO Thank you...sorry to hear about that dude.DO work is stand up guy in our southern ontario forums..shitty this has to happen. hopefully everything is there

Wow I am sorry this happened to you. I had an incident with Sbrodacz (Seth) myself. It is a shame that you did not see my feedback thread before making the deal. I posted a link to my thread about him in the thread that QuagmireS2k posted. Unfortunetely the moderator deleted my posts. The thread is actually just a few down from this one if you would like to read some drama.
His selling rights on s2ki were suspended just a bit too late I guess. Man it is a shame only a few days earlier and it would have saved you $4k. I should have not waited as long as I did to make my thread. I hope paypal can help you out. Good luck with everything.

Here is an update. Paypal reviewed my dispute and supporting evidence and refunded my money.
And to Seth,
