Default Stroked F20c gone bad... really bad

Just wanted to share that jlmedrano_1985 screwed me out of $3700 to make a long story short i bought a supposedly stroked F20c (F25C) which i would later find out was not stroked and had a spun bearing. JB weld all over the thing when i got it from the shipper and the he denied he had ever seen it. told me he bought it from someone else, drove it for 500 miles or 2 months and was doing a LS1 swap. tried to contact him many times after to ask him questions with no response. now i have to take him to court ugg....the first clue should have been when i talked o him on the phone he said "i never drive it" i have only driven it a couple times... now it makes compleat sense. Now i need a new engine which from what ive gathered will be chaper then trying to fix this one and do all the labor again.. ugg DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OR SELL ANYTHING TO THIS GUY jlmedrano_1985 he is a definate scammer.

I sent him Wells Fargo funds.. other wise he wanted a money order... which there is no way to ensure 1 there in a timely function or funds get there at all and 2 no way to prove you payed it or for this spacific reason you need to go to small claims court.. i would have pay pal funded him the money but he was trying to avoid seller fees.. or at least thats what he told me

With money orders you always get a receipt and time of sale and location, theres also a # on your half that allows you to see if it was cashed, what time it was cashed, where it was cashed and by whom it was cashed. Money orders are actually very safe and secure form of payment, they also hold up in court since they are considered legal tender
