Default Union Performance

So I ordered a set of voltex Side diffusers and voltex front bumper from this guy during one of his sales. There was no problem with the money transaction. I received them in 1 piece. I didn't bother to check for deformations.. etc (my mistake probably)

Fast forward a few months when I was going to take them into the shop as I just took my car out of storage, I PM him regarding a problem and am given the run around saying "Are you sure it's the correct vendor..", "I don't recall any payments from you".. etc

He goes ahead and reads my PM's yet fails to reply but keeps bumping his threads.

This is hands down my worst experience with any vendor. Worst customer service ever.

Heads up for anyone else that may want to buy from this vendor.

Yep I've PMed both parties. Only Unionperformance2 replied. The other guy straight up ignored me and continued to bump his thread.

The transaction will be fine until you receive a product that doesn't even fit. Then will you run into problems trying to get a hold of him.

The fitment is TERRIBLE. The fiberglass isn't even straight. Its like bacon.. wavy as hell.

As for communication, here is the same reply I've been getting for the past 2-3 replies. If it is true that they are 2 different people, I don't blame them but it's under the same company name as UnionPerformance. They should have some sort of idea..

Your best bet would be to send an email to the person you bought it off of. I don't have any records of you sending it to my paypal address so I would not be able to accept the return or any other changes. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks
Utterly disappointed with their customer service !!

According to what I see, they are different companies although they sell the same products.

You may want to clarify who you actually bought them from and edit this thread with the correct info.

Well it's easy to assume they are the same company as their names are so similar with the difference of the number. I bought from UnionPerformance. I have sent them multiple PM's and none have been replied.

Seems like they just want to make a quick buck.

I agree. I thought they were the same company as well.
