I purchased a race splitter and canards on February 28th. I have been told nearly every week for the past 3 months that the canards would be shipped out on Friday, or Monday, or this day & that day and they still have yet to be sent. Approximately 3 weeks ago I was told the canards would be shipped and now for some reason, they are having problems with making more. I was also told several days ago that I would be refunded until they fixed the canard making process what have you and then I could purchase again. So after jacking me around for 5 months I still haven't received canards or a refund.


I should have learned when I bought one of the first several sets of the brake cooling kit. The welds were garbage and the shield piping was smashed with what looks like giant channel locks with the scars to prove it. I was missing some parts, had duplicates of others and it took months to get that straight too.

As awesome as it is, that they attempt to do so much for the community, their customer service and business practices are the worst I have ever encountered in my life. Unf$%king believable. I am praying that with this post, and my several messages on their Facebook that my money or canards may some day get back to me. I am done with this company and I will forever be skeptical of businesses such as this one.

I was looking at getting the bumper brake duct kit, but I also want to make my own for a custom build.

You have just confirmed that I will be making my own!

I hope you get both your money back, and the canards for free for messing you around!!

I got my splitter from them.. Took longer than I would have liked but I understand they are a very small 2 man operation. Still ridiculous what you've been through.. Takes 30 seconds to refund someone's money. I will say the splitter I got was very good quality.

I must say though, if they are just a two man operation they should hire some other people or stop advertising their products on the forums or facebook until they can meet the current demands with the supply. What really annoys me, is several of their race version canards were given to sponsored vehicles, yet a paying customer couldn't get a set.

They could potentially have a gold mine in the S2000 scene alone, which I am sure they have taken a large chunk of money already from all of us. But for the love of god, develop that gold mine, and learn that the customer is the most important thing. Without all of us S2000 folks and/or S2ki people they wouldn't be shit.

I agree completely they have the ability to have a very good business they just can't seem to keep up with orders and customers vs family and personal issues. I'm not sure how active they are on other forums but I've seen lots of activity on both of their Facebook pages recently. I would open a claim through paypal while you still can.

Indeed they are a little slow but went above and beyond to help me with an issue. Been running their splitter in the FL sun for something like 2 years now.. Still looks great.

Just bumping this upp..Recently placed an order for side splitters that were supposedly ready to go out.. Turns out they wern't..Paid on wednesday and it was done friday. Was supposed to ship friday but if not saturday for sure. Well, havn't got a response since friday night and definitely no tracking info..

did you pay wednesday morning or night? If you paid wednesday night, don't expect anything to go through until at least thursday. Then you have to consider processing time. If you heard from them friday and haven't heard since, its probably because it's the weekend. People need to learn to be patient with small businesses. It's not like go tuning where they can get something done in a snap and even the big companies don't respond to pms or emails on the weekends.

I completely understand that I just don't like empty promises being made especially considering he assured me they would be out Friday or Saturday at the latest. We had a lengthy discussion about the fact and that I needed them ASAP. In the end I don't mind waiting longer I just feel if a promise is made it should be kept on a reason should be given as to why it wasn't especially considering the messages were read and ignored.
